Lithia's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. With their high prices for repairs, it's shocking they are still in business. I brought my Volkswagen in. I told them the breaks needed looked at. It took 24 hours to get a call back with what was wrong with the vehicle, which isn't terrible, but the quote surprised me. 1,850 for all new brake pads, rotors and 2 rods for the parking brake. People... I found this same repair at two other shops for under 800. After hearing Lithia's 1,850 quote, I told them I needed a second opinion. When I came in for the vehicle I was surprised to see they expected me to pay for the diagnostic. It cost 62.50 just to find out what was wrong with the car. I explained I had never paid for a diagnostic before but the rep was apathetic and cold. He didn't seem to care... tough luck was the vibe. On top of that, the photos attached show how I found my car when I drove it off the lot. We ended up paying 754 at Earl's Tire for the same repair. They were kind and deserve your business more than this racket in Johnston.

I love this dealership. The staff in both service (LOVE! ) and sales are great. I recently had to move my lease to a purchase and as challenging as it was for me to accept that what I understood / expected the end result to be (was not as was first explained when I leased in another state), they were kind and patient and straightforward with me. I thoroughly enjoy working with them in all aspects of my lovely Tiguan. I highly recommend this dealership.

Got a good deal on a used vehicle, however the engine bay and under the engine cover looks like it was never looked at or detailed. I don't even think they opened the hood prior to putting it on the lot. 20k car with 45k miles, I would be embarrassed if I let this car leave the lot like this.
