They said the wood was seasoned. We purchased a cord. The wood does not burn. Reported it to them and got no response even though they gave me their word that the wood was seasoned. I would not recommend them because their word is not their bond. Perhaps that is too much to expect these days, but I am old school and expect to spend my money with honest dependable people. If they had responded to me in a courteous manner and apologized and said they were mistakened and given us a bundle of seasoned wood, not much, maybe 20 pieces to get us through the winter, we would have been customers for life. Kindness goes a long ways and is good business practice. Unless they wise up they will soon be out of business

Never delivered firewood after paying through website. Atlanta Wood Products processed my firewood order through their website but never delivered or answered their phone to communicate. I had to dispute the charges with paypal which is a time consuming process that I'd rather not deal with.

Purchased wood OVER A YEAR AGO. First it was unable to be delivered due to storms. Then excuse after excuse. 1 year later, I still don't have the wood. But they were happy to charge me for it when I ordered it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. A total joke.
