I came here over the weekend after weeks of looking for something to wear on my birthday! Rhodena helped me find something in 30 minutes and literally saved me because I was going to give up. Excellent customer service, I will be back! :)
I was visiting from NY in February 2020 my brother and his family . He brought me by this store and the clothes are on the . I bought a few items that I love dearly. I would like to purchase more, just waiting for the online site to go up so that I can support them from a far. I didn't give 5 stars because I'm waiting to be able to shop online.
I previously purchased here and loved the dress. So I returned this weekend (reluctantly with Covid around) as I have a rebranding photoshoot coming up. I only went to the mall to go to Cube 57 Boutique in order find 2 more outfits. Upon entering the store, no greeting or anything. COOL! I keep browsing and looking for something to wear. Not really knowing what to get, I decided to ask the lady sitting at the desk. As I am explaining to her what I have going on and to ask for help in deciding, before I even finish what I am saying her cell phone rings. Not only did she NOT say "excuse me, let me get this" but she rudely answers as I'm talking to her and holds a 5 minute conversation with someone (which was not an emergency as I heard the conversation). Never acknowledged I was standing there waiting. I finally turned around and left. Rude on top of rude!! I won't EVER be back! There is a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady in there on Saturday should take a course in it IMMEDIATELY!!
Best high end store in the mall of Stonecrest and very reasonable not many of the same outfits so that’s a A for me.
This boutique has the most unique items for all body types. Her staff is very helpful & takes their time listening to what you want and answer all questions. This is my go to boutique.
This place is so neat, organized and very welcoming. My children even had a great experience while I shopped. Though I didn't find what I was looking for I had a pleasant experience as I did a year ago. I would definitely recommend this place. The clothing are great quality and most pieces are made by the store owners.
