Dr is very nice but the front office is terrible. It was my first visit and I needed a medical clearance from Dr Simbo, the front office advised to leave it with her could take 7-10 business days. After 7 days, I called and was informed Dr Simbo never got my form. Someone there really dropped ball and now I cannot get my very painful wisdom teeth removed.

My mother is a patient and the practice has scheduled her on two occasions and have her waiting and waiting, been here an hour this time,ans last time we were over there 2 hours and she did not get to see the Doctor. So we ate waiting again and been here an hour so far. If my mother missed her appointment they would charge her a fee and if she were to be late they would cancel her appointment. Like most medical practices, the administration has no concern for the patient experience. When I asked if they had a complaint box or customer service department, they had a person advise me that they overbooked ansd were sorry for my inconveince. The customers experience, they do not care, come in, sign in, who do we bill to get paid, we will call you, thanks for stopping by, see you next time - its a shame when the customer experience is not valued.
