I was able to make my appointment online. It was very easy to do. I was able to see the doctor minutes after I arrived.. The staff was very helpful and professional. I will go again if the need arise.. Thank you for all your help.

Appointment scheduling was quick and easy online, and the entire process went very smooth. The nurse and the Dr. I spoke with were both very polite and helpful. The wait time was longer than initially expected from the scheduled appointment time, but they did send a text message 20 minutes before my appointment to notify me about the delay. This was our first time using this location, and it more than met my expectations.

Made an appointment for a COVID-19 test and registered all my personal and insurance information in their portal before arriving. Upon arrival, I still had to fill out the paperwork even though I had already included all the same info on my online registration. I was then told I would have to wait in the car. Since I WAS ON TIME and the wait time was listed at 45 minutes, my ride had to leave. I had to stand outside for 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. What was the point of making an appointment? I could have just walked into to any testing location and possibly been seen sooner. Nevermind... might as well just go to Walgreens where its free anyway.

The staff is so friendly and no nonsense! The place was clean out front and in back even cleaner. I'm considering going back again for additional options. Thumbs up to the young lady at the front desk too! She handled the desk and phones without missing a beat!!

I visited this location for the first time on 1/24/2021. I made my appointment online the day before. My work was set for 4 p.m, and my information e-mail said I should arrive 30 mins early. I registered and did everything I was supposed to. I got there precisely at my 30 mins and proceeded to the front desk to let them know I was here. The young lady did not seem like she knew what she was doing and then told me to go back outside and wait in my car. I told her I don't have a car. She looked at me with no empathy or anything, then I said, ok, I'll go back outside and stand. Then she told a dismissive ok. She also told me that I would be sent a text to pay my copay. I never got the text. I went back in, and another lady was there, and she apologized and sent me the text. I waited for almost another 15 mins before going back inside. Lots of waiting and waiting, and then the nurse finally called me. She asked about my reason for coming, and I told her, and she did the COVID-19 test. She did not even tell me she was giving me the test. She was so harsh and rough with it. The doctor finally came in 45 mins later and seemed unbothered. I'm having mixed feelings about coming back here.
