Soooo from what I'm seeing, this is a big company. I would've assumed that since it is a big company they would have better customer service. This morning my husband called the Lithonia location and Dan picked up. He had the nastiest, most rude attitude ever. Being he has to deal with customers, I was expecting a better representation of the company. Customer service is HIGHLY lacking from him. I work customer service so I would know. Well, it doesn't finish there....my husband called back and once again Dan answered. The weather changed and started raining which would be impossible for my husband's worker to do his job in those conditions. When my husband told Dan that he would have to cancel the delivery for TODAY, Dan said \You can't be calling here & then canceling ! You will never get any concrete from me again !\ My husband was planning to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, not with Dan's attitude anymore. So good luck with your employee ! He's going to keep bringing lots of business to you guys.

Excellent service to our client! On time and driver was very helpful to help extend the cement of which I wasnt expecting but was of great help!
They slow as molasses everytime and repulsive lier's getting on schedule won't do you any Good I'm a real person not a guide or bla they suck ass
