Came here for hot tub supplies. And I had amazing customer service. I didn't know any about keeping a hot tub clean. The lady gave me everything I needed and a cheat sheet for my chemicals. One day when i buy a real hot tub. I'm definitely coming here.

It it all started with my first visit when I met Cari (Spa Salesperson Pro). She welcomed me to the store with a warm and sincere greeting. She answered my questions as I looked around. A few weeks later she called to inform me that they would be receiving a spa with the items I was interested in. It arrived, I went in and ended up buying it. A few weeks later (Sept 11 2020) after I had constructed a deck to put it on, Craig and his team arrived on schedule to install it. Everything went smoothly and Craig answered more of my questions, explained the buttons on the spa and gave me a chemical starter kit. I could not be more pleased of my total experience to date. Keep up the good work Integrity Pools and Spa Team! You guys rock!!!
