We purchased our 2021 Shasta 25RB from the Bath location of RV Value Mart. The finance manager, Allen, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rich from service installed our hitch and sway bars while Wade gave us a thorough orientation of our new camper. Only one minor hiccup was when the holding tank was not emptied from the testing efforts. It was all fresh water so no issues getting rid of it.

Very easy experience. Saw the camper we wanted online, drove up and put a deposit on it. Good sales person, knowledgable staff. Can't wait to start camping!
Terrible experience, after I bought my camper CASH on the spot they refused to give me the certificate of origin to register it in my state. They insisted to send it in the mail. Now it has been a month and a half since I bought my camper from them and I haven’t received my certificate or origin yet to register my camper. After calling the office for 6 weeks in a row they pass me from an agent to another. Most of them are short on staff, give the wrong information, not communicating with each other, and refused to take responsibility of the lost certificate of origin in the mail. 2 weeks ago I requested for a replacement. No follow up, no updates. I called again, yet being send to voice mail messages and no follow up or helping me to get another one to register my camper. Plus My new camper 2020 is leaking water from the water container and the (fresh water/grey water/waste/battery) sensors broke after 15 days of using it. I definitely do not recommend this place or referring it to anyone.
