This was the second store I visited to repair a homemade clock that my son accidentally knocked off our wall. The first store briefly looked at it and said nothing could be done. I tried Timekeepers next and he fixed it right there and then for me! They were both very friendly and courteous which is of course always appreciated as well! The store is located at a house address but around the back which made it a little harder to find but it's well worth the hunt! Thank you for your kindness and of course, fixing our family clock! :)
Bob is a renowned horologist with experience in museum-quality time pieces. He is innovative and meticulous and has a shop outfitted with the most advanced tools and machines. I worked with Bob for several years and observed his high standards first hand. He is honest, trustworthy, and highly recommended.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Bob Desrochers repaired a Bavarian clock that had been damaged by another Lititz company. He was honest and did a marvelous job. I recommend him wholeheartedly . He was recommended by a Myerstown jeweler.
