Eric from the Mora MN store came out and gave my wife and I a recommendation on a needed upgrade of our 10 year old system. He so very knowledgeable and confident about his recommendation. We went with it and James 2 days later came out with the products needed and installed them. James was also professional and obviously well trained. Both answered all my questions and my wife and I are both very happy with the sales and service we got. 5 stars!

Will arrived right on time with all his Covid-19 equipment on and introduced himself to me, explained to me what he would be doing on this service call I requested and went right to work. Will changed the 2 drinking water filters and explained to me why and how he was doing it. Will then went on to inspect the entire Kinetico water system and again he explained to me why and how he was doing it. Will make some minor adjustment and repairs and he was finished and on his way. I was impressed with his attitude, Knowledge and professionalism.
From initial phone call to service everyone was professional and knew what they were talking about. We moved into our house this year with a wonderful Kinetico water filtration system that I didn't really understand. Andrew, our technician, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the system to me. I also appreciate there was no pressure to have service done, when I could also just purchase filters and do it myself. Seems to be a well-run, up with the times, excellent company!
Will was a FANTASTIC instructor. Very personable and thorough with explanation. He was punctual while still being patient with the customer.
Aquarius Home services are always top notch. For their friendly and knowledgeable customer service, to their expert salespeople, to their skilled and professional service techs. I love the text you get with the picture is your service tech so you know who to expect. I also love the fact that you can watch the tech as he/she is heading toward your house. No more waiting all day. Shawn did an excellent job and came up with a creative solution to the installation of a water faucet for my water treatment system. I am 100% satisfied and will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Aquarius Home Services. They are an honest and professional company that treats their customers with respect.
