Great shop. I called in to get a quote for two vehicles (mine and my girlfriend) for remote start. They explained the different options available. They said that they could squeeze me in the next day. I told the lady I spoke to that I had to confirm if that was doable with my girlfriends schedule and that I would call back. I called back and something was weird with the phones, so I called back a couple times. I finally got a hold of someone on the line which I assume was the owner. I could barely hear him as he stated he was out at a jobsite. After a few minutes of having a hard time hearing him I heard him say he would call me back in 10 minutes. From similar previous experiences from other businesses, I figured he would forget or not bother and that I would end up having to call back later on my own or end up finding a different shop. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and he was super helpful and scheduled me in for the next day. That is the type of customer service I wish every company had. I'm a full supporter of small family owned businesses like this one and will be back soon for new tint on my truck and all of my future vehicles. I recommend this shop 100%.

I had my Ford Focus tinted here. They did an outstanding job! If I were to get microscopic about it, I could find a couple of imperfections, but I'm thoroughly pleased with their work. They were also more affordable than the competition. The work is anything but cheap though. Definitely recommended.
I had a remote starter put into my car Jan. 20th 2021, best decision ever! As a single older women I was worried about being taken advantage of, not the case here. Derek Hansen and his outstanding staff will give you the best customer experience. I don't do many reviews I have to be WOWED, and I was. Thank you Black Diamond!
