Our freezer was super loud and we couldn't figure out why. Yes We Can Repair booked our appointment within a few days of us calling, arrived on time first thing this morning. Once they heard the sound in the freezer, they immediately identified the problem as the fan and fixed it within 20 minutes. I overheard the technicians talking to each other throughout the repair, and I could tell they have years of experience, and they are very professional. Great service like this is rare to find in a small town, so I highly recommend calling Yes We Can to repair any appliance. It's worth noting that this was my first time hiring this company, and I have no personal affiliation with them. I was shocked at the previous bad reviews so I wanted to share my positive experience.

My husband called to fix our oven a few weeks ago (the stove was fine)it was showing an error code and not working. The repair guy came out, took apart the back and said he needed to order the part. Didn't tell me now my oven wasn't going to work until the other part came in. I went without an oven and a stove for a week. The repair guy came out today, put the new part in and now the oven works WHICH WAS NOT BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE, but the stove still needs another part to work. They charged us 304 and nothing was fixed. Now a few weeks before Thanksgiving I have to find another repair place THEY RIPPED US OFF

I wish I could give them zero stars. They have come out to “repair” our freezer multiple times already, 3 times within the past year or so. Each time they add Freon and say it should be all set. 3 months later, they need to come back out again for the exact same issue. It is under warranty so we asked the technician to call the company and explain that it can’t actually be repaired, it needed to be replaced, which is what he explained to us. He said it would be written up in his report but they couldn’t call while at the house, even though my husband told him the warranty company told him that’s exactly what he needed to do. We asked him to put in for replacement and he said he would do that but it’s up to the warranty company and to reach out to them in a few days. I reached out to the warranty company as instructed to follow up and find out about a replacement to learn that the service tech completely lied to me, my husband, and my mother who was here helping take care of my newborn while the tech was over. When I called yes we can repair back to find out what happened, the guy on the phone was completely rude and could care less. They said we’d have to put in another ticket, even though our freezer still hasn’t been fixed, and that if we didn’t like the service to go elsewhere. When asked why we were lied to he replied “have a good night” and hung up. They are THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND A BUNCH OF LIARS. They don’t care about fixing anything. Now we have to wait even longer before anything is done because they couldn’t do their job correctly...any of the multiple times they came out. Stay away

We had this company repair a stove hood fan at our home for the cost of 600.00. Two months later the motor stopped working. When the company came back out to our home they said the warranty on the motor was only 30 days, so the only solution was to do the whole job again. We decided to hold off to assess other options, and Yes We Can billed us 95 for the home visit! When I called the office they explained they are a small business and can't afford to drive from Little Compton for no fee. We all know these companies plan their routes accordingly, and I wasn't the only person in the Northwest part of the state they saw that day. This is what irritated me more than anything - charging us another 95 after we just spent 600 and the motor wasn't working. The company should change it's name to \No We Can't But We'll Charge You Twice.

Find someone else to help with any repairs. My stovetop was not working and giving an error code. It took about a week and we have the model number and error code prior to them coming. The tech never informed us what he removed would also make the actual oven not work. Attempted to use the oven and found out afterwards we no longer had a functional oven. A week later he returned to replace the “broken” board and the oven works again but still no stovetop!! The oven worked fine prior to him touching it!! Now I’m being charged 300 and I’m still at square one, I have to bring someone else in to handle the job. Hard to get in touch with except when the bill is sent Karen, the woman in the office has no issues being sarcastic to customers No Warranty on parts which is a big deal ( at least they never mentioned it) There is better out there, you have been warned
