This is my second time to use Cody for home inspection in the last 5 years. He was quick to respond and quick to get on site. He was done hours before expected. His report was very thorough and to the point. I even engaged him for a foundation inspection contact after my own attempts were not so successful. Everything he did and the people he recommended were all top notch. Definitely referring him to everyone I know and will use him on any future deals.

Cody recently inspected a house that were buying. Him and Tina did such a thorough job of inspecting the house. They put everything in the report, no matter how small, just so that we had all of the information on the home. Both were also very friendly and easy to talk to.
We just used Cody for the second time on a new house we bought, he is awesome! He is very thorough and knowledgeable, he and Tina walked us through everything and were extremely friendly! We will never use another inspector :)
