This is my third time taking a vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs and body work. For the third time the work exceeded my expectations. From the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up they kept me informed and updated on the progress of repairs. My service advisor Miguel was really professional and explained the process of what was going to happen what needed to be fixed how long it would take to receive those parts and install them. They will continue to be my go to when I need work done. Thanks Caliber and especially Miguel !!!
This was our 3rd time dealing with Caliber and this is the only place that will ever do paint/body service on my cars. From the time you call to get an appointment and appraisal for insurance to the time you pick up your vehicle, it is a professional, committed, and kind, place to have work done. Andy and Diane at the Preston Rd. facility and Taryn at the Little Elm facility, went above and beyond and always kept us informed and in the loop. It’s employees like the ones mentioned that make Caliber my “Paint & Body repair Guy”. Another job Well done!

I had an amazing experience here! I needed repairs and new paint done on my front bumper and they did a fantastic job. They were responsive, thorough, and timely. I even made the 30 minute drive to use this specific Caliber Collision and it was so worth it. They really care about the quality of the car, and not just getting it done.
