This is my first time working with Carstar and they were GREAT! Very responsive from the very beginning. My son’s side view mirror needed to be replaced and I had the parts already. They took a look at it, determined they could reuse some of existing parts, saved me money on the part I was able to return and saved me money on the work they needed to do. I would highly recommend them. You will be in good hands!!

I highly recommend this business, sometimes things happen and things don't go our way, what makes a good company is how they handle the situation and this company is top notch!!! The paint did not quite match as you can see on the first picture, they repainted and it looks great! They cleaned out the splatter that was in the bed. The first picture is before, the 2nd and 3rd picture is after. Thank you Carstar Little Elm for doing such a great job!

They did a great job on my 2018 Ford F-150. I had to have the back passenger door replaced and fixed that wouldn’t roll up. They got the the job done in a super timely matter considering I had other body shops take almost 3 weeks for a similar job. The staff is awesome and friendly. Erica kept me updated throughout the whole process. I Definitely recommend and will be sending more business their way.
