Kevin was awesome and very helpful. My fiance and I both had to get off of our old plans and I traded in my phone. I had no idea what to do and he gave us direction and information every step of the way! Will definitely give him a call if I need anything else!

I could not be more upset with this store as a Verizon retailer I've never been so disappointed in the customer service that I have received I was treated very rude they were not helpful. It was to the point where I had to contact corporate to work something out and this store still refused. If I could give zero stars I would.
