Can never get an answer nor a call back. Always having low pressure issues. Outrageous billing. Along with very poor water quality. Never let customers know when a boil notice is issued unless you go by local office each day to see if they posted notice on door. This place is a huge laughing stock.

We find out about boil notices by chance on social media several days after they are posted, never receiving notice from the water company. We have been using water for the past 2 days without knowing we are under a boil notice. We have had multiple of these notices in the past year alone. Very poor communication. The water company should at least send out messages to everyone paying for this unusable water so we are aware of the situation.

Finding a unicorn, a four leaf clover, and the gold at the end of a rainbow is easier than getting water turned on at Little River Academy.

It is rediculus that the water company doesn't have an emergency line. They fail to notify customers of scheduled work which shuts down an entire town for hours. They don't answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. This is a joke today City Hall hasn't been notified of issues by the water company yet customer have called City Hall inorder to get answers and the water company hasn't updated them. Dirty water comming from sinks and filling toilets but we can't get answers. Once again a major fail in communication on their part causing emergency actions on our part.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrific customer service and even worse water quality and infrastructure.
