I love Adam & Eve. But this location has a very rude girl who really made this experience unpleasant. Today is November 20th. First I called to ask for availability, she was very rude and pushy. She had zero patience and treated me like I was a nuisance. Not much help. I arrived at the store, and the rudeness continued. (Assuming it was the same girl, a heavyset white girl.) First she didn’t even ask if I had an account. Then she seemed VERY upset that I wanted to use my rewards. (This was unsuccessful, by the way.) Zero help, again. Most of the lubricants here are the smallest size available, and they have very limited selection of Fleshlights.

The selection is nice, mostly lingerie but a good stock. The staff are fantastic, they can answer any question you have and even make recommendations. But the store is kind of gross. I saw several dead cockroaches on the shelves and a live one run behind a shelf. I'm not sure I'd want to put something inside myself or anyone else knowing a roach has crawled on it.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly, the ladies are always nice, and always ask if we need any help, even though they are busy, great selection, and we buy more toys here than anywhere, great experience and can't wait to go back, we will be back soon.
