My mother wanted an older favorite picture of her and my father enlarged. (He went to meet our Father in heaven in 2001). I went to Penny's, they referred me to Bedford in Little Rock. I walked in and met Kathy, she helped me pick the right size, the right matting, and ordered it. She even had it mailed to my mom along with the original photo. The customer service I received from Kathy was awesome. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I am recommending Bedford to all my friends. Thank you Kathy, for making my 86 yr old mother happy, she absolutely loves the picture!!

EDIT: I was called personally as well as sent a follow up email wanting to make my experience right. They prepared for me 3 separate versions of the enlargements I had done Printed on 2 separate machines. There is a very real difference in the ink handling of these printers and I am very grateful we worked through the issue. I am not saying there printers are bad but when it comes to art or finer things in the details one printer does truly triumph over the other. If you do these type of prints make sure to put in the notes that you want it printed on the Epson. I will be coming back for all my art prints And you should to. Original: Ordered enlargement prints online of some digital art I created and when I got to see them I was not impressed with the print quality. Any color variations in the lighter parts of the grey scale didn't come out... just washed away the color variations... Also pretty blotchy in the darker areas under light. Also if you order online even though you put in your credit card information that doesn't mean you pay for your order apparently. Honestly not too excited about printing a 16x20 canvas I won in an auction. If you are ordering art prints go elsewhere.

Barry Hamilton greeted me when I came through the front door and asked if he could help me. He stayed with me and walked me through the process of enlarging pictures for reprint. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and amazing!! Thank you, Barry! I would give you 10 stars but there are only 5 I can click on!!

Perfect 5/5, hands down. In the age of amazon, this is the only photo shop in town that I know of. They have (nearly) all the equipment you might need. Additionally, they have real world experience, review, and advice that you just can’t get anywhere else. In addition to selling gear, they also teach classes on how to better your photography skills. If you catch any images doing that, or otherwise, you can also get them printed here by people that have the same attention to detail that you do when it comes to getting your photos to look right on paper. I’ll absolutely be back here.
