I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade at Crain Hyundai in Little Rock. My salesman Ed, hands down is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. He was very professional and gave my husband and I the best deal possible! Ed had us in and out, we were not sitting in the dealership for hours. experience was not the best.had to purchase 2 cars in order to get the one i wanted in the first place... but finally the experience of getting the correct car is amazing.. i love it.. thank you general manager for getting the situation fix quickly once you were in charge of the issue.. i give you and anthony that went over the instructions for the 2nd car both i give you 5 stars 10 if i could give higher!! the overall experience ended..

Do you want the best experience ever while buying your new Hyundai? I really do suggest you go to Crain Hyundai of Little Rock. My guy, Antonio Shawders, is the guy to see. I had a previously bad experience at another Hyundai place and when I told him about it he told me to come see him. I'm thinking \yeah here's someone else trying to pull a fast one.\ But, not only did he basically turn that mistake around, I drove off in a 2021 Kona SEL PLUS. My APR was cut more than in half. That's with a credit score 60 points less than when I went to the other place. Like I said, had a previous bad experience. When you meet a salesman like Antonio, and the rest of the crew in Little Rock. It really shows that Costumer Satisfaction is still a real thing. I give Crain Hyundai of Little Rock the best of all. 100/100.
