Customer satisfaction is the main purpose of any business .Owners cannot tell what their employees use with the customer. It can be seen in many places. Firestone is one of my favorite places. In general, they work well. But sadly, the use of their managers is not good. It has also been seen in the Chanel branch. Today I have worked at Cantrell branch. When I was trying discount managers said There is something I can give you a discount for .I have no interest in whether you got it before. A manager should not behave like that.Even at the time of payment, when my Firestone declined was down, the card department called later and found out that the manager had given him the wrong card number. It was the card number in another account. My current card was active. Wanted to finish work quickly with out proper check. Its not fair.

Shout out to Firestone on Cantrell. Low pressure light this am (ugh). Left rear low. Firestone got me in at 7 am sharp, removed someone's lost screw and had me back on the road at 7:31! Very reasonable price. Thanks.
I had a very bad experience here which took almost 6 months to resolve & was only resolved once I took it upon myself to get in touch with the Bridgestone-Firestone Regional Manager, Pat. This store manager, Jay, is not great at his job. The area manager, Caitlyn, never got in touch with me—in 6 months. Pat, however, was helpful & concise. We came to a resolution within a 5 minute conversation. My advice: do not go here. There are better techs & mechanics at different locations.
Avoid at all costs. Nothing good to say except the building looks nice. Tried to sell me a tire from 2018 and then acted like I was wrong about what a date code is.
