I did not enjoy the food at all. My order looked nothing like the menu. No carrots, no peas, Blend taste.

This restaurant is always a good choice for the family. The kids love choosing what meats/veggies go into their bowls. My only warning: Do not go if you're in a hurry. The food can sometimes take a while and if we order online, we always wait 15-20 minutes longer than what the "Ready for Pick Up" time tells us. But delayed gratification just makes it taste better.
Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. To start, we were told when as soon as we walked in that they were out of rice. When asked how that happens, we were told that it takes too long to make... then came time to put together the food. All of the options were pretty much empty, we had to put together our food out of scraps. The sauce counter was incredibly messy and the handles covered in sauce from other containers. The food took a very long time (much longer than other GG’s I’ve been to) and when we were brought out our bowls they brought the wrong bowls to us. When this was pointed out, the server took the bowls without a word and took them to the correct table. No apology or anything. 15 minutes after that I was brought my food, but my girlfriend had to wait a while longer for hers. Our server came out to us a total of 3 times after we sat down, once to bring us the incorrect food then again with the correct food and lastly with the check. No question as to if everything was alright or how the food was. The only positive thing was the food itself, but that was severely overshadowed by the dismal experience. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. The tables are not clean, the interior looks depressing and run-down, and with the server was terrible. That’s an hour of my life I will never get back...
The food from Genghis Grill is normally good, I’ve ordered from them a few times. I have had my order messed up before but I understand things happen so it’s not a big deal. However, their customer service is trash. Their staff have attitudes and their quite unorganized when it comes to online orders. If you’re going to eat here, it’s best to go in and get it. I’ve had an issue (minor issues) with every online order from here. My issue today was that they gave my order away to someone else and when I called to see if it could be remade they put me on hold with a manager and never answered.
Good place for a good stir fry meal. Place your veggies in first and stack on the meat! their garlic meats were great. Good spicy level on the hot sauces.
Ordered Online. - 40min till pickup. Hadn't even started on my order when I got there. Had to wait another 40min with other customers they did the same thing to. Attitude with every staff member. Could probably get more accomplished if the staff wasn't hanging around the bar or taking cigarette breaks behind the building.
Place was almost empty but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Waitress took a while to get to us but was nice. They were already out of 2 types of noodles and broccoli and this was 4 pm on a Sunday. The place where you pick your stuff was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the floor and floor was sticky. 1/3 of the choices were empty. My husband and I got the same thing but his took 15 minutes longer to get. We had to ask for forks and we were just handed wet forks and as an afterthought given napkins. Then we heard the staff complaining the whole time that they were going to just shut down because not enough staff. By the time we left they were closing up shop.
My bowls were dirty. I had to give them back twice. The waiter stated I told him til I was blue in the face about these bowls not being cleaned They were out of some meats and sauces and stated they didn't have anymore. I asked the guy why would you all take a order knowing you all didn't have hardly anything on the food table. Food was all in the floor no one bothered to get it up. The guy behind the food bar was angry because we kept asking did they have this and that. Overall service sucked and was so nonchalant. I don't think I will be going back. 56.00 went down the drain place is horrible.
