Bought a Mini Cooper S from Jason Ringo. He was very professional and helpful. Got us in the car for a VERY reasonable price... Until we took it in for inspection after the fact. This car was a complete lemon. I used my entire savings and they knew this and knew they were selling me something that needed huge repairs. Now I have to replace the entire engine! This car is not worth a penny of what I paid. It truly breaks my heart that other people would knowingly sell a car to someone that was not worth a dime. I pray you can stand before God one day and account for this atrocity. Shame on you!

From beginning to end, this purchase was VERY easy. Jason was VERY competent, professional and accommodating. I absolutely love the car. The terms were agreeable. An affordable down payment and a pleasurable experience. Low pressure and high marks for excellent customer service. I would recommend Great American and WILL recommend Great American to anyone who is in need of wheels but does not like the aggressive sales tactics employed by other lots, out there.
