I ordered the pods and after 5 days decided they weren't big enough and their storage location too far away. Pods said they would be charging me a full month rental on both units since I didn't cancel in 2 days. I told them my movers weren't coming for 5 days and they said I could send them back.... total rip off

I bought a new home & the prior owner used PODS to move out. This company tore up my yard delivering the POD & also drove over my sprinkler system, breaking it!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! CALLED FOR PICKUP AND TOLD I WOULD BE BILLED FOR ANOTHER MONTH BECAUSE I CALLED ON THE 30TH AND NOT THE 28TH! SCREWEDD OUT OF 1/2 MONTH PAY AND TOLD BY THE AGENT I WAS LUCKY TO GET THE 1/2 MONTH BACK!!! NEVER USE PODS AGAIN!!!
