I recently took my USMLE Step 3 here and was really nervous because of the negative reviews and the horror stories about proctors not showing up for the exam and cancellation without notice. I was especially nervous because I took it the day after an ice storm, but I had absolutely no trouble with Prometric Little Rock! I obviously can't speak for all experiences here but my experience was quite pleasant. The proctors were friendly, prompt and professional and the facility was easy to find. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it was sometimes a bit noisy, but this could be remedied with the noise cancelling headphones provided.

unprofessional loud proctors. unless you have a sound proof window- stop talking ESPECIALLY when the doors are constantly opening and closing for the many people taking their exams. Even with the ear buds I brought and the headphones- I still could hear them talking FYI.

I took my CNA test for the first time Feb 26 passed the written. When it was time to take the clinical portion the RN Cori B called me and Katy to the back to demonstrate. Katy had to demonstrate on me first and she kept telling the RN that she was nervous. As I’m getting demonstrated on by Katy I notice Katy was constantly starting the she was nervous while she was not demonstrating the correct way. So when we both were done Katy went in the waiting area and told everyone she messed up and that she has failed but when the nurse came out to give our results she passed Katy and passed me on 4/5 demonstrations..when I know I went beyond my demonstrations to let her know I knew what I was doing and I went back today to retest and the same RN Cori passed me on 4/5 again when today the other lady that I watched demonstrate failed the partial bed bath by not using the barrel, leaving the residence uncovered so they wouldn’t get cold while only using two big bath towels and four small towels. I’m like what the hell? How many other test takers is the RN Cori doing this to.... she pass who she want to pass and Prometric does not care when you make your complaints as long as they get your money to keep retaking test. My complaint will not stop here because people do not care about no one but themselves and your money and it’s not right. I made a complaint to the appeal office on the 27th of March and no one has yet reached out to voice their concerns.
