They work by appoitment only, all is throu text, some times the broker put an appoitment in the ratecon and they have other, my advice text with the bol number if you go with the log book tide, the staff inside is very rude, ones that they give door they take in my case 1 hour for load half trailer, i make picture of the load before i close the doors juat in case, there i let you the picture with the instruction that are in the window.
