Purchased a youth 4 wheeler here. Worked fine for over a year, then wouldn’t start. Took it back for an estimate. They called and said it needed a starter, an electric start button, a new battery, and would need oil changed and the cost would be almost 250. I had tested the battery before taking it so I know it didn’t need a battery. I change the oil on a monthly basis so I know it didn’t need to be changed. They then called back and said the engine was seized and needed a new one which would be an additional 300. I paid less than 750 for the 4 wheeler new, so I told them I would just pick it up. The guy I spoke with once I got there was extremely rude and wouldn’t let speak to the mechanic regarding the machine. I took the wheeler to someone else for a second opinion. Turns out, it only needed a 26 dollar starter. These people aren’t to be trusted when it comes to service. I would not do business with them nor recommend anyone else to do so, as well.

I have had a alarm install on my scooter and my sister scooter. I paid cash for them both. I was informed that I had to make a a appointment which I understand. But the owner was so disrespectful.,because I didn't purchase the mopeds from there. He placed a security alarm on both scooter. I contacted him today and informed him of the problem that I was having. He told me that you didn't purchase the scooter from here. And hung up the phone. I support all business, but I have a certain respect for customers service. There is no respect for none at this company.
