The repair person was excellent. The whole experience dealing with Sears was not. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with no assurance they would have the parts when they visit. I have a service contract and this is totally unacceptable. The same thing happened in November when I had a washing machine that quit. Will have to rethink renewing in November when my contract is up. Also there is no way to contact a person in customer service. The only number is the appointment desk.

They're good and on time,and a little pricey
Tried to get a hold of them for a part for a kenmore dryer. Went through the silly automated system for about 30 minutes before hanging up and calling back, choosing to schedule a repair this time. Of course, that went right through. After talking to them, I was told I would have to order a part that would take 1-3 weeks to get here. Amazon had the same part for 1/2 the price and will be here in 2 days. So unless you really need someone to fix your stuff and dont mind sitting on hold / dealing with automation for a half hour, mosy on down the road to somewhere else.
