MAGICAL! We came for their fanciful princess event which was Elsa, Ana, and Kristoff from Frozen. A horse drawn carriage picked us up from nearby and shuttled us to the castle. Even in the winter, the grounds looked amazing and inside was the same. The event was set up for tea and snacks. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They replenished everything that got low from the sandwiches (pimento cheese, chicken salad, egg salad, peanut butter, & cucumber) to the scones, fruit kabobs, mini cupcakes and tea. They also told us about the history of the castle and how they took care of the animals. The princesses and prince we're available for a professional photo, came by to each table individually, and sang in front of the group and let the kids dance to the song. The castle itself is open othe rtimes of the year and with events that are not geared towards princesses. This was my first time attending and I heard from numberous guests that the Christmas events are quite amazing for adults along with their mothers and father's day events. Definitely would recommend for events like weddings, birthdays, princess parties etc. Kid friendly, adult friendly and I am sure they would accommodate their menu to food restrictions.

We had a wonderful Easter Day Brunch here. We rode the horse drawn carriage right up to the front of the stone Castle which started our lovely experience exciting the adults and children alike. Entering in we were greeted by beautiful timeless decor that beckons us to sit and enjoy our meal all the while continuing to take in the decor and luxurious landscape of the grounds outside the windows. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The buffet selection was fresh and delicious and the large variety spoke to all our palates. The varieties on the pastry and desert table beckoned to the young and old. After eating the owner invited us to wander the grounds. They had various hot coffees, hot cocoa and apple cider for us to enjoy while taking advantage of the animals on site and taking a stroll. Our little ones1 were greeted by the Easter Bunny and were led to where the Easter eggs had been hid for the finding. We were blessed with a beautiful day of sunshine to spend at a fascinating place. It was a very Happy Easter.

We went to the princess tea party today. I gave it 4 stars for my daughter's experience, but the adult's experience is around three stars. You're basically paying 60 for the chance to witness your child eat pb & j sandwiches and 2-3 mini cupcakes and see the princesses. Mind you, the chicken salad & pimento sandwiches are delicious but even with refills you may get through 1 1/4 full sandwich. I have to say that the staff stayed in character and were very engaging. I also loved the horseback carriage ride, but I wish some information would've been sent prior to the event. It's like they were secretive as to what you were getting for their fees. I would recommend the tea party for younger girls & their moms, but they don't make the event family friendly (i.e. family members taking pictures of your little princess in front of the castle- this is only in reference to birthday party celebrations)
