I purchased a year in December. I upgraded the welcome box, which I received in a timely manner. The next box did not come until March. It is now the end of July and I have not received any more boxes. I sent a "support ticket" almost three weeks ago and have not received an answer. What I thought would be a great monthly treat turned into a costly mistake.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Leave now and turn back!!!! Is it an option to give no stars? Well it should be. These people are absolute crooks. I "purchased" a gift subscription for my girlfriend for valentines day and did not receive it... Also, they're customer service is an automated reply. Talk about fake news. These people should be arrested.
THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a 3 month gift and they NEVER sent anything, and sent some message about there being a delay in shipping. I emailed them back and tried calling them, phones are disconnected, no reply... TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I now have to call my credit card company to get the money back.
I was very excited when I stumbled upon this subscription service & thought it was a great gift for my husband, HOWEVER I think that I've been taken for 200. I wouldn't have given any stars in my rating but I had to in order to post this - I guess they can have the star because they do have a nice website - but what good is a website that doesn't deliver??! I joined on 1/10/17 & according to their shipping schedule my first box should've shipped the week of January 23 – 27. But it is now 2/15/17 & no delivery. I've attempted to contact them several times through their "contact us" link on their website because there is no phone number listed for them anywhere on their site!!! I also tried calling them several times at #s I've found on various web listings (Such as whitepages, etc) only to get a voicemailbox. I received an email stating that they were experiencing issues and that they would ship January boxes on February 9th & 10th. Still nothing!!! BE WARNED!!
Scam company. They'll gladly take your money and deliver nothing but empty promises
Scam!!!!!! I ordered this almost a year ago and received only 2 boxes out of the 8 I was supposed to receive. They never reply to emails or phone calls.
Scam. Do not purchase from them. They will steal money from the credit card that they have on file.
