Nice Fun for the kiddos Not as Big as I expected and they could have 1 price for the whole park instead of 3 diff prices! Other than that nice staff nice Birthday fun for my Daughter 7. Would def Recommend Our 1st Time here was Great! Decent Fresh Food As Well. Thanks Urban Air! My 10 year old and 7 year old had a Ball!

I overall had a great time here. The employees were very respectful and did their job. I had no trouble with doing any of the attractions. They explained everything well and were very nice. Their manager Imanii Jones was awesome she helped out and managed with her best ability. Will definitely returning again.

My kid loves going here, and I must say I do, too! It’s one of the few kid’s places where the equipment is built to hold a full grown man’s weight. Plus, I really appreciate the fact that there is always a staff member walking around with a backpack sprayer spraying sanitizing solution on every surface!!!

I took my two kids there last weekend and it was NOT covid cautious. On the website they said they were doing small groups and each pass was good for only a couple of hrs however when I went there were NO precautions in place, no signs , no social distancing and only half the people were wearing masks (which is including adults). The place was packed. I thought they would have some type of limit but that's a BIG NO. I let my kid jump for about 10mins before I took them home. Too many people too close the whole time. My anxiety was going.

We attended a birthday here. The staff were friendly and quick to help with all of the party requests. The kids had a wonderful time, and were completely worn out by the end. It is not just a trampoline place. They have climbing stations, ball pits (for different ages), dodgeball, tunnels and slides (for younger kids), and a high wire surprise. There were snack areas and lockers in case. Everyone wore their masks, and noone ended up sick. The host said it was worth the money for the event since all the kids got a coupon for another free entrance (they were so busy they were out of grab bags). We can't wait to go back. I do wish they opened when schools let out instead of an hour later, 4pm.
