I ordered through Door Dash and my order was delivered quickly. I ordered 3 ranch dressings with my order and they were like water dripping off our wings with a watered down taste. I called Wingstop and spoke with the manager tonight 11/02/20 around 8pm. I explained to him that usually the dressing is thicker and taster. I asked for a credit for the dressing only and explained it tasted watered down. The manager said, “I can’t give you a credit just because you don’t like your dressing. It’s because Door Dash took so long to bring your order.” That was a false statement. Door Fash is not the reason for my ranch dressing tasting like water. Maybe that would be the case if it took a long time for Door Dash to deliver but, they didn’t. I will contact corporate with my receipt mainly because management has absolutely no desire to please the customer. Customer service has completely gone down the drain these days. At least tonight at the Wingstop on Markham in Little Rock Arkansas.
The worst people in this entire country work here. You name it.. They have horrible customer service. Extremely rude, take a long time to get orders out and are super lazy people. Its a disgrace the team that is here.
Took over 20 minutes for an order I placed 3 hours before, they called and said it was ready then when I informed them it was for later they said theu would have it ready and to just call back when I got there. When I arrived, they didn't know and I heard them say it was not ready at the time, wasted half my lunch.
