I’ve been renting boards here for the summer. I wanted to get a good feel for some boards before making a purchase. The staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful. The provided insight so when the time came fo make a purchase, i was well aware of options and differences. I’ve placed an order and now I wait. I’m glad to support such a friendly local business. We are renting 6 boards this weekend.... can’t wait.

Couldn't be more happier with this purchase! Went into many shops doing research and searching for the right board. The owner Willy and his staff were INCREDIBLE help. Not only did they tell me pros and cons of each board, they also made it work! They suggested places to find a rack for my car and suggested the padding rack they sell. Helped put the rack on so I can understand everything I will be doing.(they also gave their 100% honesty when a rack didnt fit well for my car.) They taught me how to hold my board and tie it to my car. They made SURE I left with everything I need and need to know. This IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY recommend going to Altitude paddleboards. They also offer classes for paddleboarding.
Left this place earlier- super cute location! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I rented the rival (everything is done online} and it’s amazing! Great deal for an amazing board! Doesn’t get easier! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend purchasing your board at this shop!Willy and his staff were very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service ( hands down friendliest people that I’ve encountered while trying to purchase Paddleboards). I never felt pressured to purchase by staff. They have a wide variety of Paddleboards. Will definitely be returning here for future purchases as well as recommending to friends/family that may want to rent out Paddleboards.
