I have been coming here for 40 plus years for registrations, since the current clerk and recorder has taken over I have never seen such poor service and management.I simply have two titles to put in my name and one expired registration. My schedule is such that I cannot schedule a month or two out for an appointment.walk-ins are the only option for me and thousands like myself. It is almost impossible to get my registrations serviced under the current management. What do I do? There's no excuse why this facility is locked and is virtually impossible to talk to a human by phone. Extremely frustrated!

I am so grateful to Corene for her help with getting my husband's election ballot delivery straightened out as he was having to go to vote in person, even though I was getting my ballot. She went above and beyond expectations by personally finding his returned ballot, finding out why it was returned, and then providing interface with the post office to get the situation corrected. I received updates all along the way. That is service at its best.

If you are a trucking company owner this is the most poor county in terms of getting title with close to 2 months appointment to get a service.VERY POOR MANAGMENT.
