0/5 stars Beware! It says Verizon on their sign and I was sent there by Verizon to pick up my new phone. However, when I got there, the phone I ordered on Verizon's website wasn't there, but the next step down was. My old phone was completely dead, so I agreed to get the lower model, which was also cheaper. After spending two hours at the store (with my four children), I went home and came back later to pick up my phone and had to spend another 45 minutes there, while the two salesmen "got everything squared away." Meanwhile, they pressured me into buying a 40 screen "protector" that cracked the first week I had it and I am not hard on my phones. Then, before I signed the contract, I was told that they got the pricing all worked out on my bill and everything's great! Um, no. When the next month's bill was posted, they had charged me for the 20 activation fee, three times! Also, they charged me for the more expensive phone. They are complete shady scam artists. We have had to call Verizon customer service THREE TIMES to get the charges all worked out, all to be told that Diamond Wireless is a "partner" and there's nothing Verizon can do. My husband was persistent enough to convince them that that is unacceptable and they hopefully have it all fixed now. We'll see when our next bill posts. Just save yourself the time and energy and hope in humanity. We have been Verizon customers for over 10 years and we are baffled at what our monthly fees gets us. Stay away from Diamond Wireless and their salesman, Dwight, and his partner in crime, his manager.
