Elkhorn was referred to us by another satisfied client. We solicited two other quotes for a new gas furnace. The prices and quality of the equipment varied significantly from one contractor to another. We scrutinized them carefully and decided that Elkhorn seemed to offer the best value. That was a great decision. Wee had a wonderful experience with installation team. They arrived on time and went to work immediately to remove and replace our gas furnace. They wore face coverings the entire time in our home. The installers put down protective floor coverings and when they left not a sign of their presence was to be found. Ben and Bryan were very considerate and courteous in every respect. They performed additional services at no extra cost without complaint and stayed until the job was complete. Then at completion they reviewed the operation and maintenance of the new equipment. Our experience could not have been better.

Elkhorn knows the right way to run a business. Elkhorn is the BEST OF THE BEST. Every person - from the office manager, to the technicians, and the owner - are truly incredible. My furnace was 23 years old and they tried to fix it. Unfortunately, the circuit board broke when they were working on it. They could have lied and said it was an older furnace and I should buy a new one. They told me the truth and sold me a new furnace - at a notable discount. That’s integrity. I love my new furnace. It’s already been inspected by the City, and I got the 300 rebate form from Xcel. I highly recommend Elkhorn. They are a company with great work ethic and great integrity. I trust them. Great product. Even better service.

Home Furnace would not turn on the night before - We called in the morning, ( first company we called please shop local) got a time window and by 3pm we had heat! Had to have circuit board replaced. Pricing was agreeable. Service was top notch. Thank you for having knowledgeable, courteous and professional technicians like Eli. This company, Elkhorn does have strict covid safety protocols in place, technician wore a mask, gloves and shoe covers. You will feel safe with this company coming in to your home or business.
