Fantastic pho! Some of the best I've had that isn't on Federal, maybe because they have another location on Federal and are expanding to the suburbs. The broth has a rich, deep, complex flavor. The meat was tender and fresh, and so very importantly, the rare beef wasn't overcooked. The noodles had texture but weren't chewy or rubbery. You know how sometimes you go into a place and eat and it seems like they went to H Mart for noodles? Not here. The serving size was generous and service was great too. Try it for dinner and you'll beat the rush too.
It is Now Pho 2 with a lot of great dishes. My favorites are eggs roll and shrimp pho. Love them. I will bring my family and friends here. What a great addition to the neighborhood.
Wonderful restaurant in Littleton. The broth is very fresh and rich.
OMG, so good food. I am so happy to come to Now Pho and have been regular customers since they open. I love their Eggrolls and Noodle Bowls the most. So tasty and so good.
