We have been trying to get an update on items ordered MONTHS ago without any success. The customer service is terrible. No follow through on their end at all. As one of the largest contractors in the state, you would think they would like to retain our business. If i could give less than one star i would. This has been incredibly frustrating to deal with for us and our customer.
