We felt compelled to write this review of the awesome installation of our heating and AC units yesterday at our home. Our furnace quit working on Sunday and we called Southwest Heating and Cooling company at the recommendation of our neighbor who had theirs replaced several months earlier. They sent out a very knowledgeable technician who quickly diagnosed the unit and gave us a cost of what it would be to get it up and running. Since the furnace is over 20 years old, we decided to replace the heating and ac and they were here the next day to begin the process of dismantling and prep for the new units. They finished the work mid day the next day and we are extremely satisfied with our new quiet running, energy efficient, air purifying system. It has made a night and day difference with my asthma and breathing challenges. No more waking up wheezing and coughing. It has been a game changer. George and Ronnie were exceptional installers and worked consistently hard throughout the whole job. They wore booties and masks and were very conscientious. We also need to give a huge shout out to the owner Mike who worked with us in the selection process of a heating and cooling system that would best meet our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Southwest Heating and Cooling without hesitation and will continue to use them with our future annual maintenance needs.

Our existing furnace was not working properly and not consistently heating. They made it more efficient and able to provide better air quality. They replaced my air conditioner that was in pitiful shape that was obstructing my furnace function with a reasonable and more efficient unit. They were professional and explained everything. We are really happy to have this taken care of so promptly. Especially in the cold weather.

These guys were responsive to my call and came out to see me the same day. Great because temperatures outside were in the teens and my furnace wasn’t operating correctly. Angel accurately diagnosed my troubles and offered me solutions how to solve it. The 129 service call was well worth it because I watched some YouTube videos but still couldn’t figure it out on my own. I did find the part he suggested locally and finished the repair on my own.

I needed a new humidifier system so gave Southwest a call. Darwin was able to come out that day to check out my home to see what system made sense. Oliver came out the following day to do the installation. He was friendly, efficient and clean. Being new to the area, he also gave me some good beta on mountain biking in the area! I'm very happy with the service.
