Rude manager. I was wearing a mask but because it didn’t meet her standards she wanted to force another mask on me. When people decide to treat others as people and not the walking plague then we might have unity. I complied and was denied.

Fine dining indeed! The red carpet was rolled out for me today, was treated very well by Patti. She offered substitutions and options for my sandwich meal. Ordered the "flagship" ham Swiss, with broccoli salad on the side. Clean restaurant, soda fountain, customer restrooms.

Ordered (reserved online), went to pick it up an there was a line down the block. Once I got in line I was informed that "the system was down" and I could only pay by cash or check. I went to Whole Foods & bought a 3 bone prime rib for the same price.

So we decided on ham for our 2020 Covid Thanksgiving. This shop knows how to season the ham just perfectly. We loved the smoked flavor inside and the crispy sweet crust on the outside. We will go here again!

I called to reserve a turkey breast for Thanksgiving and they told me they weren't taking reservations, that it's a standard stock item. Got here, Thanksgiving Eve, and they're sold out if you don't have a reservation. What the hell. Now we're having ham for Thanksgiving. Thanks for nothing, Honey Baked Ham.

Pre-ordered. Had to wait 25 minutes while the non pre-order lines moved consistently through. Would have saved more time by not pre-ordering. Very disappointed in this process they have created.

Never order from here way in advance and expect the food to be there when you get there. They sell out and don't tell you until you show up. Way to go honey baked ham!! Customer service at it's it's best! Order from Tony's, at least they can follow through....
