Just finished my first workout and it was awesome which when translated means I will be sore as heck tomorrow. The instructor was very positive and motivating and completely understood when I need a quick breather and some water lol. I would highly recommend LFT to anyone looking to get healthier or maintain where they are.
Live For This Fitness is one of a kind! I joined this gym 2 months ago and could not be happier. The trainers are professional, fun, helpful, and compassionate. The ever changing workouts keep me striving for new goals, and make me want to keep coming back for more. What makes LFT different from all other gyms is the community of members. You truly feel supported and encouraged, and I learn or try something new every workout. I’d recommend LFT to anyone of any skill level or body type that is looking to find their “home” in a gym!
The energy level of the coaches is at a high level which helps keep me moving. They continually watch to make sure you are doing the exercises right. Everyone was very welcoming. Glad I found this gym.
Just moved here from NYC and decided to sign up for a cardio-strength training gym. I chose this one because of the reviews and it was fairly close to my neighborhood. The gym was clean and I was greeted by the staff. Most participants were partnered up but those of us that were not didn't have any less of an experience since all of it is individually based. Managed to get through some of the program but it was definitely challenging and I'm excited to go back.
Great workout! Wish I lived near here to attend classes regularly. The trainers push you to do your best! Highly recommend you try this program!
I have been at LFT for 4 years and continue to love the workouts, the coaches, and the community. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to add some weight to a HIIT workout.
Best gym ever! Great workout structure. Things are always changed up a bit so you never work the same thing over and over again. Great class selection with base classes and optional ones like yoga, rowing or courage club. Podcasts are awesome too! Great environment to have success!!! Love LFT!!!
