Great park with excellent trails and Mx track. The trails are a combination of tight winding sections and open areas with lots of bermed corners. The Mx track is an excellent European style layout with high banked berms and multiple lines in every corner and a variety of jumps. I spent two nights there taking advantage of their nice RV hookups and enjoying the trails and track. I highly recommend this park and will be back again.

We live right beside an atv park but we heard about this one & thought we'd give it a shot even though it's about an hour away. We brought our camper & stayed there for 3 nights, the owner stopped by each day to make sure everything was going great for us. My husband has a dirtbike & we have two 4 wheelers as well, awesome track for my Hubs to ride & plenty of fun trails for us to ride the 4wheelers!!! We will definitely be back! Amazing facility for family & friends to make some unforgettable memories. 10 out of 10 my family & I definitely recommend!!

I have been riding at Live Oak since it was first opened and am really glad that they have re-opened after the passing of the original owner Red. The new management is trying hard to serve all grades of riding skills and are very hospitable. They even hand out the occasional free Popsicle in the pits when it's hot. In short I feel like an appreciated customer there. As for the track they are attentive to rider input and are trying hard to provide a track that is both, inspiring and safe. They have eliminated about all doubles and replaced them with tables which is fine for the fast guys (as they fly over them one way or the other) and safe for the slower riders who might come up short here and there. The slower folks can hone there skill and acquire the necessary skills to conquer the bigger obstacles step by step, without dying in the attempt to do so. The track is plenty wide for safe passing about anywhere. That way everybody gets to clock in at work on Monday in one piece. Win Win. I am sure that some advanced riders will find that certain things are not enough of a challenge to them but the majority of riders I know, who are quick enough to do well in the SX amateur days, are fine with it and are enjoying themselves. All in all one of the best track on the southeastern seaboard in my opinion, it is somewhat deeper in sections sandy which makes for a good physical challenge and help to build good endurance. A1 in my book!
