Sink or swim. Support is nearly non-existent. Issues with the systems working? It will self resolve before "support" responds. Out a days pay and "commitment" is dinged. Have a call related question or problem? The people who are supposed to have the answers might not have a clue and assume your AHT is about to suffer waiting for help if you have a real issue with a call. The money can be pretty good ... but expect call forecasting to be unreliable.

You took my money while promising a reimbursement. You are a scam. I have reported you to the FTC, and the BBB. I sincerely hope you are not able to do this to anyone else. If you use any of my information for anything at all you will regret it because I am filing an Identity Theft report, so I wouldn't.

Terrible place to work for. Software systems they use are ancient and always breaking. They make agents pay for background checks, equipment, and just about everything else before you can even start working for them. Oh and once you do start, the support is a joke.

Unfortunately they do not offer negative stars. I have emailed and tried to call this company with no response. They have issued a 1099 to me and not only have I never worked with/for them but I had no idea they even existed till i received the 1099 at my home in Tennessee.

I did my background and credit check knowing I would pass it as I have in the past. I get a text message saying I failed it. But the report from the company that did the checks said I passed it and was clear. I feel liveops took me for the money I paid for this. And I was told this was a good company. I have friends that work here. I have left a voicemail and an email with this concern. I am curious to what excuse they will have for not hiring someone with my experience.
