Crazy how bad this company is. Got locked into an annual contract after our trial ended and spent a year with one of the worst Account Execs I've ever had the displeasure in working with. Emma Peloquin - Associate Customer Success Mgr was the most incompetent and ignorant person I've ever done business with. RUN AWAY!!! ANY ALTERNATIVE IS BETTER THAN LIVEPERSON! Look at the other reviews too. These guys are all scam artists. Don't care about you, just looking for a money grab.

Company is unethical, been a customer for over 10 years and when I cancelled they informed me that I was locked into payments for another year as I did not give them 30 days notice to cancel before my year end agreement. An agreement I don't have a copy of and still waiting for. Support is non existent, and I decided to cancel. I have now found a much cheaper alternative with better service and interface. Stay away from them. See more reviews on other sites. Never even notified me of upcoming "renewal". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This company is not only untrustworthy, but absolutely full of liars, cheats, thieves, scum bags, scam artists and economic terrorists. Do not trust anyone who works for them, or with them. They are directly connected to large network of scam artists.

My company has been using them for years and been satisfied for years but within the past 12 months it seems there has been a change. The customer service rep/chat reps seem to have less and less knowledge about the product and are becoming more and more rude. I have an issue with chat and was told "This makes it beyond the scope of LivePerson support." and they would not offer zero help. That combined with them being the most expensive chat is forcing me to look for another option.
