Top quality equipment and the top service to go along with it. Very incredibly helpful staff that is willing to help and answer questions. 1000% better than the warehouse mega stores that have lower grade products at higher costs with no service to go along with it.

The staff here are very helpful and they really know their stuff. The prices are high, but I kind of expect that from the Stihl brand. If you like Stihl products, then this is the place to go.

Great service and reasonable prices. It is nice to work with a place where people understand what you are working on, and understand the tools you are working with, and are willing to take time to explain how everything fits together, and how to make things run the best.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Young man showed me how to use my trimmer that I had purchased.
I have needed this knowledgeable team to repair a few of my power equipment over the years and they have always done a good job for me. I don't know of anyone else close to Livermore who can work on small engines, so they seem to have a slight corner on the market, enabling them to charge just about anything they want, which is sometimes the case.
Awesome service great prices. Dropped off my lawnmower for a tune up and new blade under 100 wait time was about a week but well worth it
