I am very disappointed in this store. I have called 3x over a 1 week period looking for peacock ciclid and was promised every time I would be texted videos of available fish. I was so excited. I never received 1 text of any pictures or videos. I was advised by person on the phone that store is closed for walk in due to covid. I dont understand how a company can stay in business and not help their customers. I have now texted asking to set up an appt to come in. Still no response. I really want to buy the fish but obviously my money is unwanted at this business. Shame on u store owner. I am sadly disappointed. I cant believe I even want to do any business with u still after no texts. I hope you look into this and resolve this issue or u guys are gonna have no customers
Very knowledgeable and personable staff with a good selection of aquarium plants and animals both vertebrates and invertebrates while all are healthy and well cared for. Also a great source of Malaysian Trumpet Snails to feed my Puffer and keep his teeth worn down to healthy levels. My kids loved feeding the Koi fish while I shopped.
Very awesome fish store. Staff was knowledgeable, happy to answer any of my questions and listen to personal stories about my fish babies. Prices were reasonable and all of the animals seemed happy & healthy. Will be back again!
Still pretty new and this store has given me better service than most big box and long time stores in the area. Most recently I went in today and found some of the best looking driftwood I think I’ve ever put in my tank! Check this place out if you haven’t already!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They cares for the well being of fish above all else! The koi pond is mesmerizing and really showcases the owner's capacity as an aquarist.
Stopped in just to check it out, staff was very friendly, displays tanks were very clean and the fish looked healthy. The live plant selection was really nice and the plants looked gorgeous. Nice to have options besides the big box stores.
Great selection of freshwater fish and plants. Fish and tanks always look healthy and well cared for I'll be back for sure.
