The building may be small but the people are HUGE. Adam and his service team are the best. They care and really make you feel taken care of. Do not be fooled by quick oil change places. Only go to this location for all of your needs.
Everyone was friendly. We were told the trim package that we ordered on the vehicle had the feature that we wanted. After picking up the car we find out it did not have that feature. The best they did for us was the first oil change to be free. That does not really make up for a missing 2000.00 feature. Hopefully they will try and make it right but I will not be holding my breath. Because of that not sure I will buy another vehicle from them. I will say there service department is top notch. They take care of there customers and will go out of there way to help. I will definitely drive the extra 45 min to get our vehicle serviced by them.
Recently purchased 2020 Rio S from Fuccillo Rio Liverpool. The whole process went very smoothly with our sales rep. David Webb. I believe I received a \good deal\. The only drawback was the 4 hour process. But overall my wife and I are very pleased with the new vehicle.
Sherii helped us out and was super cool. She was very informative and helped us (me and the wife) figure out where our credit stood before showing us anything by showing our credit score and report. She got us a good value on our trade in and showed us what vehicles for our preference, in this case second choice which was the Sonata) and at the end of all the paperwork, we will be driving away happy on Friday in a Sonata LX!
