Store is stocked, spaced, and maintained immaculately. Fish live in pristine conditions and are well loved and cared for. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and does not play around when it comes to ensuring the safety of the animals. Store atmosphere is comfortable and wonderful, and employees are always eager to help or explain any questions about anything at the drop of a hat. Admittedly, it's sometimes fun to just stop by here and take a stroll through the little aquarium.

Ann at Living Reef has been nothing short of stellar. She has gone above and beyond with answering my questions to start a new salt water tank. I’ve visited quite a few shops and haven’t felt as welcomed any where else. The shop is spotless, which is important to me. Their fish and coral selection is robust. Ann and her team are willing to help pick the right mixture of fish and coral to get your tank going.

Fantastic People and prices first of all. The store and tanks were immaculate. I was impressed by the level of interest in what I have and how they can improve it. Ann has a caliber of customer service that is hard to match. If an employee saw me they offered help, and that kind of service is rare. I picked up some corals from here, and recommend you at least go see what a top tier Aquarium store has to offer. Living Reef is a gem to visit.

In 2017 I visited the store 3 times. I received poor service all three times. I kept coming back because I continued to hear how great they were. I am not sure if it was just bad timing or what. One time they had just got a shipment, one time they were doing water changes, and one time was after the hurricane. Regardless I was not treated like a customer should be.They have some beautiful corals. One of the items I did buy was suppose to be a bounce mushroom. I was told the vesicles would grow in. It has been almost a year and they haven't. I had given one star because feel I was mislead and have not got what I paid for, a mushroom with vesicles. The owner did reach out to me and said that the poor service I received was before he had bought the store. He also say what I got is a bounce mushroom just without the vesicles. That is the reason I raised my rating. I have bought coral corals and they died yet I still rated the store 5 stars. To me this is different. I ask specifically if this mushroom would grow the vesicles that people expect to see when you say bounce mushroom. I was told it would and until it does I will be disappointed every time I look at it.

So, my brother in law told me he had bought a 180 gal tank set up from this place and I just could not believe the deal he was given. Needless to say Living Reef is my place of choice when I get items for my own tank ( I have a 40 gal breeder tank), and the help and customer service is first rate. I went to see my brother in laws tank at the store with him, and he pointed out a beautiful 65 gal rimless tank. I was floored, the price was excellent but they did it even better due to my BIL purchase and me being military. So with my savings I got a 25 gal cube tank for my son in law!!! Now we are all marine echo nerds!!! This place is awesome!! Keep up the great service!!! Ann and Alex are sweetest people and their staff follows that example. Thank you for making this vets PTSD a whole lot better.
