I’m currently going thru IVF and I feel lost . This is my first time . my partner and I had one failed transfer and I’ve only seen my doctor maybe twice but on the initial consultation I was told all the doctors are very involved . I find myself looking online to understand the process I’m going thru. The communication sucks but they want to get paid . I’m a patient not just a number . Not to mention the financial coordinator is the worst , she doesn’t explain anything and just say you have a balance . I’m undecided if I want to do a second round . I feel uncertain and I don’t trust them anymore and not cause the transfer failed, but do to the lack of communication. We as patients pay good money and I should feel like I can trust my doctor. You can’t trust Sumone you don’t see .

We had the best experience with everyone here, especially Dr. Hessler. She made it possible for us to start a family and cannot say enough good things about her. We went through a rough time prior to going to a specialist that was filled with loss, hospitalization, wrong diagnosis, no answers for over 3 years and once we saw Dr. Hessler there were finally answers and a clear road ahead. She really gave us everything we needed and more. There are only happy thoughts when thinking of my experience with their team. Thank you!!

They make the process as approachable as possible. The entire staff, from receptionists to nurses to doctors are warm and friendly. I feel good in their hands. PS No musty smell in the waiting room.

This place is a scarring memory for me. I do not appreciate that every patient is being treated ‘ like another brick in the wall’. You are just put on standard protocol without being individualised. I understand reproductive medicine is not just numbers and statistics and chances happen in the unexpected way more often than not but compassionate care is non existent in this facility. I do not think they are up to date on the recent advances in the field of reproductive medicine. If you go on to their data in SART, you will feel positive but remember when it is you in question it’s ‘all or none’. Do not completely depend on their recommendation and judgement because they do not individualise you. Do your own reading.
