The lady at the station across H&M was very rude. She demanded a tip and she didn’t really do a good job. This happened to me twice! Ever since, I have not been there because I am very big on good customer service which I did not receive.

I have been going to NIRA regularly for my eyebrows and upper lip. She is the BEST! I would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is an expert at balancing them out and very thorough.
The woman who I’ve been going to for over a year now is no longer here. She usually is at the right station nearest the register. Hini (i believe that’s her name) did my brows today and completely ruined the shape. My left brow is literally thinner than my right. So annoyed! Please do not go to her! Some of these women do not know how to do brows.
My partner and I went to the Threading Station kiosk (near the H&M) this past Sunday. We had a terrible experience. The employee was very rude and unwelcoming. After charging 20 10 each) to thread our upper lips only, she asked if we were going to tip her. First we were shocked that it cost so much and second, the way she was almost demanding the tip. She said something rude but I couldn't quite hear her because I was walking away. You really thought you were going to shame me into giving you a tip? Take it from the overcharge for the lip threading. If you are ever in Lyndhurst, visit Rupi's. The employees there are so pleasant and appreciate your business. The location is always immaculately clean and the prices are right. The Threading station (both locations in Livingston Mall) have some rude employees. I will NEVER patronize either location again.
